voltexlights.com accepts most major credit cards and debit cards. All payment transactions are 256 Bit Encrypted for your security. Payments are processed through autorize.net, PayPal, and Google Pay as options. We also gladly accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders. (All checks and money orders are subject to bank acceptance and funds confirmation before products are shipped out). All shipments within the State of California are terms to California Sales Tax.

This product is Out of Stock when the “Add to Cart” button is not up. You may contact us for more information on the stock and order request.

VOLTEX offers a Certified 1 Full Year Warranty on all products. It covers all parts & labor.

Yes. VOLTEX will gladly service your lightbars and arrow boards that are out of warranty for a nominal fee. Kindly, call our service center 562-529-8004.

Registration of your product is easy. First, Log In or Register on voltexlights.com if you haven’t done so already. Then, go to About Us > Product Registration on the top menu bar. Follow the instructions and submit the form.

Yes. Customized lightbars and arrowboards are available. However, all customized lightbars and arrowboards do not qualify for the 14 day guarantee. Please call 877-986-5839 or email [email protected] for more information on customized lightbars and arrowboards.

All of our products except Trailer types are on free shipping. Trailer type products have shipping fee of $2,900 per product which would be shown as you proceed with check out.

VOLTEX offers free shipping on Arrow Boards, Headlights, and Light Bars to lower 48 States only. For other locations, please contact us through About Us > Contact page or (562) 529-8004.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to physical addresses.

VOLTEX uses FedEx and USPS for most of our lightbars. However, bigger items like arrowboards are shipped via freight.

Once your product has been packaged and gets ready for shipment, we provide you with a Tracking Number specific to your item. We use the following logistics carriers: FedEX, USPS and Indivual Freight for items such as Arrow Boards.

Only damaged goods on arrival qualify for return shipping. All warranty work and guarantee policy DO NOT qualify for return shipping. However, all warranty work qualify for FREE Shipping back to you.
