Shipping Locations

VOLTEX ships to the 48 Contiguous United States only unless otherwise specified. We don’t ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or US protectorates.

 

Shipping Methods

All Items will be shipped standard ground or standard truck freight and tracking will be provided for your convenience. Some items cannot be shipped via standard ground due to large and heavy dimensions.

Shipping prices included in the item purchase are for standard ground or freight services and do not include specialized services such as lift gate services. All specialized or add-on shipping services, including lift gates, inside delivery, or any other non-standard delivery service are paid for by the buyer and are not included in the advertised delivery charge at the time of purchase.

All truck freight shipments require a customer contact telephone number before the order is released for delivery. freight carrier will contact you via telephone to make a delivery appointment.

Customers are responsible for unloading truck freight shipments. An optional lift-gate is an add-on service that lowers the product to the ground and is available for an additional charge from the freight carrier. Lift-gate rates vary depending on the carrier. If you would like to add this service, please contact us via email.

 

Shipping Times

Most items will be stated on the product page when they are expected to ship.  Many of our products will ship within 2 business days of ordering (M-F, excluding holidays).

Q: Will you ship to a PO box or APO/FPO mailbox? 

A: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do not ship to a PO box or an APO/FPO mailbox. Our default carrier is standard ground FedEx and we must have a physical address. 

 

Q: Why are you charging California sales tax? 

A: We have a physical presence in California and charge tax on all purchases shipped to California. We state California sales tax information in our policies to ensure our customers can make an informed purchase decision.

 

Q: Why haven’t you responded to my email? 

A: Our warehouse is open weekdays from 9-5 PST to answer any questions. We are closed on weekends and holidays. 

 

Q: Will you ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Flat Rate by request? 

A: We apologize but we currently do not ship with USPS.

 

Q: When will my item ship? 

A: We will ship your item M-F through FedEx or Freight Carrier and your item will leave our shipping facility within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. We have daily package pickups which occur each weekday. 

 

Q: Will you ship out my item on a weekend or holiday? 

A: Our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery. Please add 1-2 business days to orders placed on a holiday or weekend.

 

Q: When will I receive my item? 

A: Items shipped from our warehouses can vary from 3-9 business days. You can find more information about shipping times in the individual product description.

 

Q: Can I pick up an item from you? 

A: We offer local pick-up for any items including our trailers.

 

Q: Do you Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Or Puerto Rico? 

A: We apologize for the inconvenience.  We don’t ship any of our items outside of the lower 48 contiguous United States.
